Week of Research July 2012

posted Jul 24, 2012, 8:26 AM by Jack Lynes
John Lynes and I (Jack Lynes) have spent the last week in Berkeley and Charleston Counties visiting people and scanning pictures.  John is still there working through the 27th of July. We have much to report, pictures to show, as well as announce a "Foxbank Families" family reunion, or homecoming, if you will.  Place is not determined yet, but will include a Saturday big meeting of everyone who can come and meet each other, and a Sunday of open houses at 1) Foxbank Plantation, 2) Groomesville Baptist Church, and 3) St. James Goose Creek Chapel of Ease / Bethlehem Baptist Church site.  Watch this site for upcoming discoveries and news of the reunion.  Oh, and we will tell you who is on the porch of the photo you see in the header above.
